Their gravity-defying performances include the dangerous climbing chair stack, contortionists, tumblers, and the spectacular Bicycle Pagoda. The New York Times raved that their feats “reach breathtaking heights of skill,” the Los Angeles Times called their show “virtually unbelievable,” and Dance Insider proclaimed, “It’s like watching Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon LIVE!”
Celebrating 36 years of entertainment in 2026, The Peking Acrobats have toured globally and have performed innovative symphony concerts with orchestras like the San Francisco Symphony and the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, and have appeared in popular media, including Nickelodeon’s Unfabulous, Ellen’s Really Big Show, and major films like Ocean’s 11 franchise. Based on one of the most popular Disney movies of all time and the Broadway musical that played for over 2,500 performances and received multiple Olivier and Tony Awards nominations, Cameron Mackintosh and Disney’s Mary Poppins is capturing hearts in a whole new way: as a practically perfect Broadway Junior musical!
The jack-of-all trades, Bert, introduces us to England in 1910 and the troubled Banks family. Young Jane and Michael have sent many a nanny packing before Mary Poppins arrives on their doorstep. Using a combination of magic and common sense, she must teach the family members how to value each other again. Even grown-ups can learn a lesson or two from the nanny who advises that “Anything can happen if you let it.”
